Jersey photographer: a family photoshoot at Gorey

This lovely family have an absolute knack for choosing the last weekend of the summer that has warm sunshine - they’ve done it for two Septembers in a row now, and after their session autumn weather just starts!

This location in Gorey makes a gorgeous combination of different environments to keep little ones busy on your photoshoot, and all within a small area. Big boulders to climb on the beach, the backdrop of the castle to play princesses and knights in front of, the playground to get some playful shots in, and then the white sands of Long Beach to catch the end of the sunset. 

My favourite shots on this photoshoot were of Jessica in fits of giggles on the pathway, with the lovely golden specks of sunshine behind her. And none of us expected her to leap into the sea at the end of the photoshoot - always bring a towel and a spare change of clothes in the car … ironically the only thing we could find for her to travel home in was a wetsuit :-)
