Jersey photographer: a winter’s photoshoot at St Catherine’s Woods

There is something about this photoshoot location that is magical. Perhaps it’s the way the light trickles through the trees. Or the way the little streams sparkle. Or how carefree children are when splashing through the woodland waters. It’s a beautiful little spot to take photographs, and lends itself best to autumn and winter when enough light can reach the forest floor. Absolutely perfect for little adventurers in wellies, though remember to bring spare clothes for this one!

This gorgeous family of six and their dog booked me for their photoshoot at St Catherine’s Woods, and we headed to Archirondel beach afterwards for some bright blue winter skies. I loved how the elder three doted so much on their baby brother. With big thanks to the lovely Hern family for letting me share a few highlights from their session.
